Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum of 5 working days advance notice is required for all orders.
  • Minimum 3 working days advance notice is required for any amendments to menu or venue.
  • Minimum of 3 working days advance notice is required for clearing of buffet after 10 pm.
  • Christmas menus are available only from 1 December 2019 to 5 January 2020.
  • Regular menus will not be available from 16 December 2019 to 29 December 2019.
  • Menu items are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
  • Menu items are non-exchangeable.
  • Photographs are for illustration purposes only.
  • Duration of catering is for 4 hours only, according to SFA regulations.
  • Setup of buffet is limited to one location only.
  • Transportation charge is applicable at $80 per order ($150 for Sentosa and Jurong Island).
  • Service staff available at $120 per staff for 4 hours.
  • Surcharge of a minimum of $100 is applicable for venues with no lift accessibility.
  • Surcharge for clearing after 10 pm is applicable at $200 per hour or part thereof.
  • Non-refundable deposit of minimum 50% of total payment is required upon booking.
  • Balance payment must be made by cash/cheque/card at least 3 working days prior to event.
  • Prevailing 7% GST is applicable on total amount payable.
  • Strictly no credit terms during festive period.
