Purchasing Executive

Job Description

  • To perform purchasing functions such as assessing costs, price negotiation with suppliers and monitoring delivery of products/services
  • To maintain oversight over procurement activities
  • Follow-up with suppliers in regards to unit price variance, goods return, out-of-stock items, credit notes
  • Responsible for daily procurement of ingredients and other related goods
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase requisition/PO and AP invoices
  • In-charge of ordering of office stationaries and printer toners etc.
  • Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel etc.
  • Able to communicate and read English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 – 2 years of administrative experience
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Independent, responsible and good analytical skills
  • Good planning and work organization skills
  • Good negotiation skills
