  • Duration of catering is for 4 hours only as per NEA regulations.
  • Setup of buffet is limited to one location only.
  • Transportation charge is applicable at $80 per order ($150 for Sentosa and Jurong Island).
  • Service staff available at $120 per staff for 4 hours.
  • Surcharge for clearing after 10 pm is applicable at $200 per hour or part thereof.
  • Surcharge of a minimum of $100 is applicable for venues with no lift accessibility.
  • Minimum 3 working days advance notice is required if clearing of food is after 10 pm.
  • Minimum 3 working days advance notice is required for any amendments to Menu or Venue.
  • Non-refundable deposit of minimum 50% of total payment is required upon booking.
  • Balance payment must be made by cash/cheque/card at least 3 working days prior to event date.
  • Strictly no credit terms during festive period.
